EVA-02 the first production model EVA unit built by NERV Germany. It's pilot is Asuka Langley Soryu

This biomecha is created from Adam, the first Angel.
This biomecha stand to approximately 40 meters height.
Powered by an umbilical cable and 5 minutes reserved power when disconnected.
Capable of creating protective A.T. Fields as well as eroding the A.T. Fields of Angels.
Its soul is somewhat connected to Rei itself.
Does not possess the S2 Engine.
The first production model EVA.
Built by NERV Germany.
Has the tendency to goes beserk.
Contain the maternal part of the soul of Asuka's mother.
